Saray N’kusi Khumalo (CISA)
Executive Director

Saray is a business executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading South African blue-chip companies, which have been driving innovation and continue to change the financial and wellness industries globally. She is an advocate for human development and education and supports a wide variety of charitable and developmental organisations.

She is the first black African woman to summit Everest and ski to the South Pole and an award-winning mountaineer. Saray continues to push boundaries, both professionally and in mountaineering as she demonstrates her commitment to making a difference in her environment through adventure.

She has demonstrated her commitment to making a difference in her environment by raising over R1.5 million and leveraged her mostly self-funded climbs to raise funds among other initiatives for Kids Haven, the Lunch Box Fund and built 4 libraries as a Mandela Libraries ambassador.

Ditebogo has worked in the financial services industry for almost a decade, gaining experience in strategy formulation and implementation; revenue and expense optimisation; risk management; effective financial management and implementation of sound internal controls.

 

As a driven finance executive, she is passionate about driving business financial performance and results by providing forward-looking insights and optimising business performance by implementing value-creating and cost-saving business practices.

 

Ditebogo is a registered Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom Honours degree in accounting from the University of Johannesburg.

She has previously worked as a finance professional at Deloitte & Touche, Nedbank, Discovery, was the Chief Financial & Risk Officer at MMI Multiply, acted as the interim CEO of SAMRA and now is the CFO at DSTV

 

While heading up finance and risk functions is her “day job”, Ditebogo also enjoys dedicating her time and skills to various NGO’s that equip people and communities with values that help shape their life skills to enable them to become engaged and contributing members of our society.

Rashmi
Director

Rashmi has business, technical and consultancy background mostly within the financial industry. A key focus for her in last 10 years has been on the customer, strategy and digital solutions.

She has a BSc (Computer Science) Honours degree from the University of Pretoria. She has previously worked within various industries including top SA Banks and gained international experience with leading global consultancy firms, Deloitte (SA) & Accenture (Canada).

She currently works as a senior specialist within customer insights and client value proposition for Absa Corporate and Investment Bank. Her passion lies in contributing towards building access to basic needs that communities need to function and grow.

Diana Kangwa BEng. MSc MBA FEIZ REng

Director

Diana is a results-driven Senior Business Executive with proven experience that inspires people to achieve results in alignment with strategic business objectives. She is well accustomed to managing and developing world class business operating units with a strong inclination to process and corporate governance. Diana excels at developing and executing strategic plans to optimize operating efficiency; creating a healthy P&L; leading a vibrant operating culture with exemplary customer focus. She draws inspiration from the positive impact of the decisions she makes, ranging from more efficient and cost effective ways of work, to deliberate initiatives that contribute to profit margins as well as motivated and high performing teams.

When all is said and done, Diana would like to be remembered as one that had faith in people’s potential, the enduring spirit of team work and took time to encourage her team to soar beyond their comfort zone and put her soul into anything that she committed to by striving to represent her Maker in all that her hands found to do.

Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Zambia, a Master’s Degree in Communication & Information Systems from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Copperbelt University. She is a final year candidate of a Doctorate of Business Administration at the Binary University of Management Entrepreneurship of Malaysia.
